Temporary Start-Up & Cone Pipeline Strainers

TSV conical (witch's hat), flat plate, and temporary wafer basket strainers capture construction slag, welding spatter, and pipe scale before commissioning downstream equipment, after which they can be quickly removed.

Equipped with a solid stainless steel identifier paddle that extends beyond the flange OD, stamped with size, rating, and flow arrow so operators can instantly verify strainer location and removal after startup.
Precision Flange Face Serrations
The clamping ring is CNC-machined with standard phonographic spiral serrations matching ASME B16.5 flange facing specifications, ensuring leak-free gasket compression and zero line leakage.
